How do I secure my date?
A signed agreement and retainer are required to hold your date. Dates are not reserved until both are received.
Can I request specific songs?
Absolutely. We provide a Spotify playlist link so you can add your favorites before the event. We also take live requests on the night.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is tested and ready to go.
Do you offer bilingual MC services?
Yes — DJ Reign Supreme provides fully bilingual MC services in English and Spanish, perfect for quinceañeras and multicultural events.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. A certificate of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.
Do you travel outside Oxnard?
We serve all of Ventura County including Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for distant locations.
What if my event runs over time?
Overtime is available and billed in one-hour increments. We'll discuss overtime rates in your agreement so there are no surprises.
What is your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable as they hold your date exclusively. Please review the full cancellation terms in your agreement.
